San-Quei Lin is currently Vice Minister of Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor. He obtained his M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and both B.A. and M.A. from the Department of Labor and Human Resources, Chinese Culture University.

Prior to his appointment as vice minister, Lin has been working with the Ministry (then known as Council of Labor Affairs) as an Officer, Executive Officer, Section Chief, Deputy Director-General and DirectorGeneral of the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, DirectorGeneral of the Department of General Planning, and Chairperson of the Institute of Labor of Occupational Safety and Health.
