Jay Hung is Chief Executive Officer of Zhi-Shan Foundation, a Taiwanese non-profit organization dedicated to children's development in Asia, and Chairperson of Taiwan Alliance in International Development (Taiwan AID).

Jay has a long experience in development work in Asia, frequently traveling to Myanmar, China, Vietnam and locally in Taiwan to carry out Zhi-Shan’s projects along with other development partners. Apart from his main roles at Zhi-Shan and Taiwan AID, Jay is also a member of the Center for Civil Society and Local Governance Executive Committee at the National Chengchi University, Convener at the Taiwan Oversea Aid’s Administration Division, Secretary General of Compassion International Taiwan, Special Assistant to the President at the Emile Early Childhood Education Institute, and Administration Director of Jen-Jen Art Troupe.

He obtained his M.A. in Administration from the American University, and his Bachelor of Laws from Soochow University.
