Ping-Hsien Lin is Director of the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families’ International Development Division (2016-present). He previously held other TFCF positions namely Director of Profession Training Division under the Department of Social Work (2011-2016), and as Senior Specialist under the Research and Development Division (2008-2019).

His other involvements include being Councilor of the Licensure Social Work Association, Taiwan AID, and The Council of Social Welfare, Taiwan.
